As a Superintendent, you will:

- Coordinate material and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.

Service and Repair Carpentry Craftsman
Regular Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $18-27/hr
Summary: A Craftsman is responsible for assessing, communicating, and executing needed repairs as well as ensuring quality customer satisfaction.
In Your Role:
As a Carpentry Craftsman for our Service and Repair team, you will:
- Meet with clients to execute repair plan
- Communicate transparently with clients and supervisors

Service and Repair Project Manager
Make $60,000 to over $105,000 as an S&R Project Manager at Wolfe Homes
This role reports to the Service Departement Lead.
In Your Role:
As an S&R Project Manager, you will:
- Build long term relationships with clients in your territory(s).
- Oversee small-medium sized repairs, restorations, remodels.
- Manage the entire project end to end: Lead management, client meeting, solution presentation, estimating, scheduling workflow, and overseeing invoicing.
- Solve problems associated with unique construction issues.

- Devise winning solutions for your client, vendors, and Wolfe Homes.
- Develop and maintain a critical path schedule.
- Be a primary point of contact with the client.
- Oversee and be responsible for the quality of an entire project.
- Manage budget, weekly updates, changes of scope, and the client portal.
- Hire and manage all sub-contractors on the project.
