Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000/year, full-time, in person
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the engine that keeps Wolfe Homes moving forward. From client interactions to leadership support, you’ll ensure our office operates smoothly, efficiently, and professionally every day.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Be the first point of contact—welcome guests, answer calls, and create a great first impression
-Manage contracts, permits, and project documentation through digital tools like DocuSign
-Coordinate inspections, HOA applications, and key scheduling needs
-Keep the office organized, stocked, and ready for success
-Oversee vendor relationships, mail, deliveries, and cleaning services
-Lead day-to-day administrative operations with a proactive, solution-focused approach
-Partner with the leadership team to streamline processes, handle administrative priorities, and keep projects moving forward
-Support client engagement and lead follow-up efforts
-Provide notary services as neededSkill Set Needed
-Outstanding communication and hospitality skills
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
-Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
-Proficiency with DocuSign, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
