Position Overview
The Service Technician plays a key role in maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship,
performance, and customer experience expected in luxury residential homes. This position is
responsible for performing repairs, routine maintenance, and quality inspections across a variety of
home systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to deliver exceptional
service in a fast-paced environment.Compensation: $22 - $28/hr, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
• Perform service repairs, warranty work, and preventative maintenance on residential luxury homes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and construction-related issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure systems and craftsmanship meet high-quality expectations.
• Document all work performed clearly and accurately within internal systems.
• Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members in a professional and
customer-focused manner.
• Work efficiently within established schedules and follow company processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Service Team Lead to prioritize tasks and identify areas requiring additional
attention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites.Required Skills & Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and general home system troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of residential construction and building components.
• Effective communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to follow schedules, processes, and documentation protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in home inspection or residential service work.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and subcontractor coordination.Reports To
